TruLifeCare, Inc. is a Christian non-profit organization committed to nurturing the spiritual, behavioral, emotional, and vocational well-being of pastors across all stages of life.
In today's society, Judeo-Christian values—the bedrock of American culture—are under constant threat of erosion. As the world increasingly looks to the Christian Church for faith, hope, and charity, the very leaders of this institution, pastors, are facing an unsustainable exodus from their vocation.
Pastors bear the weight of guiding their congregations spiritually as well as through personal traumas and tragedies, often lacking the resources needed to maintain their own emotional equilibrium. This deficiency leads to feelings of loneliness, depression, familial discord, and ultimately burnout.
The Solution
At TruLifeCare, we firmly believe that the Gospel of Jesus Christ serves as the cornerstone of every individual's life. For pastors, this foundation is indispensable, fostering a deep relational strength with Jesus, a mindset of dependence on prayer, and crucial connections with fellow pastors to navigate challenges collaboratively.
In addition to integrating Christ's centrality into our services, we advocate for a unified provider model emphasizing both group and individual counseling, as well as more intensive mental health diagnosis and treatment.
This approach, grounded in a shared philosophy and treatment standards, ensures consistent delivery and fosters significantly healthier outcomes. Our ultimate mission success lies in substantially reducing the crisis rates among pastors, thereby extending their vocational life expectancy, and enhancing career fulfillment.
